Refund Policy

Return & Refunds :
Delhi NCR- If your order contains fresh products, at the time of delivery, you can return whatever you are not happy with and we will make the necessary adjustments to your order value.
If a product is cancelled due to a reason other than the quality of the product, and your order value goes below our minimum order requirement, you will be assessed an additional delivery fee.
In case you have already paid for the returned item previously (through an online transaction, or subscription), a refund will be processed. 
Please send us the complaint on time for a prompt, hassle-free resolution! We will accept complaints and take returns for perishables that are reported within 24 hours, and non-perishables that are reported within 7 days from the time of delivery.
•    Perishables – Kanji (All varities)
•    Only those complaints accompanied with a picture will be entertained for us to issue a credit or replacement for the complaint.
•    The return should be in the original packaging with at least 75% quantity maintained.
For those ordering from outside Delhi-NCR
Please email us on Gourmet.foods.bev@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving the product along with an image of the opened packet, with a clear photo of the product as well as the packaging date. Someone from our team will reach out to you within 24 hours of receiving the email or WhatsApp and help resolve your complaint.
Complaints and Quality :
For complaints we receive after the delivery pertaining to quality issues, a refund will be offered
Complaints received after 2 days of delivery for fresh produce (Kanji – all varities) will be handled on a case by case basis (valid only for Delhi-NCR) since most perishable or tender vegetables do not have a shelf life greater than that.
We encourage people to send in complaints ideally at the time of delivery, or else soon after, so that refunds can be easily processed.

 

Please note all refunds would take a minimum of 3 days and a maximum of 6 days to get processed
 
Re-scheduling & Cancellation of Orders:
For rescheduling & cancelling email us on gourmet.foods.bev@gmail.com 
For Delhi-NCR: In the event of cancellation or rescheduling of the order by the customer once the delivery agent has reached the area, there will be a cancellation fee or delivery charge of Rs. 100 levied on the order.
For Outside Delhi-NCR:  Customers can cancel their order at no cost within 24 hours of placing the order or until it’s been shipped. Once the order has left our facility, cancellation or rescheduling is not possible and will be charged to the customer.
